The objective of this workshop is to revisit your concept and define its uses and functions under different environmental, economic and social values.


1) DEFINE YOUR CONCEPT


Start a first reflection on the definition of uses and fonctionnalities to initiate session.
- The session starts by a post-it brainstorming, where facilitator proposes a generic question about the features and uses of the concept. 
- Once each member wrote some post-its, the group creates a maturation maps thanks to mindmapping techniques.


2) PUSH UP the POTENTIAL OF SUSTAINABILITY


To explore the sustainability dimensions of your concept, teams are invited to use specific Memo Cards (questions, examples and case studies)
- The facilitators explore memo cards with the group for discussion and are looking for improving the environmental, social and economic dimensions of the concept.
- The use order of memo cards will depend on the ambitions you want to highlight, and the context of session. For example, a facilitator specializing in the environment will be considered as more legitimate if it begins with the environmental aspects.


3) IDENTIFY the STAKEHOLDERS


During the session, facilitators will make the effort to note, outside the circle, the identified stakeholders to prepare for the discussion following interventions
