The second workshop is aimed at challenging stakeholder networks. Specifically it aims to identify mutations-to-anticipate with-in your stakeholder ecosystem and to facilitate the incubation of your concept.

2) DISRUPT YOUR NETWORK OF STAKEHOLDERS USING SPECIFIC MEMO CARDS

 

With different operators (add, edit, delete, zoom) described in the form of memo cards,  get to know the stakeholders,

their roles, interaction and entertain the team to deconstruct the network so as to overcome the barriers you face.

3) FORMALISE THE BUSINESS MODEL SCENARIOS AND NEW STRATEGIES TO IMPLEMENT
